Privacy Policy
We collect as little as possible and we never store your Google API keys on our servers.
What we collect
- Account data: email, name, hashed password.
- Usage logs: character counts, voice IDs, timestamps — used for quota enforcement and analytics.
- Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we store transaction IDs, plan, and status only.
- Cookies: session, theme preference, currency. See Cookie Policy.
What we do NOT collect
- Your Google Cloud API keys stay encrypted at rest in your account; they are never logged or shared.
- Generated audio is merged in your browser; we do not store WAV files server-side.
- Your scripts are sent to Google TTS via your key; we do not retain script content beyond ephemeral processing.
How we use data
- To operate the service (auth, quota, billing).
- To improve features (aggregate, non-identifying analytics).
- To contact you about account, security, and product updates.
Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, payments) and only what they need. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
- Access, export, or delete your data at any time from settings.
- Opt out of non-essential email by clicking unsubscribe.
- GDPR / CCPA requests: email us via the contact page.
Security
All traffic is over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). API keys are encrypted at rest. We follow least-privilege access for our internal team.
Children
The service is not directed at users under 16.
Changes
We will notify you of material changes by email and in-app banner.
