Refund Policy

7-day money-back on subscriptions

First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge, no questions asked. Just contact us from the same email used to pay.

Renewals

Renewal charges are not automatically refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you keep access until then.

Top-ups

Character top-ups are non-refundable once credited to your account, because they unlock immediate usage. Unused balance does not expire and rolls over.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are refundable within the first 14 days on a pro-rated basis if you have not consumed more than 10% of the included quota.

How to request a refund

1. Go to the contact page.
2. Send us your account email and the transaction reference.
3. We process refunds within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied for accounts found to have violated our Terms of Serviceor attempted chargeback fraud.
