Terms of Service

1. The service

Nazara Voice Studio ("Nazara", "we", "us") is a bring-your-own-key (BYOK) interface for Google Cloud Text-to-Speech. We provide tools for chunking scripts, rotating your Google API keys across parallel lanes, and merging the resulting audio in your browser. We do not resell Google's TTS quota.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate signup information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
• Accounts are personal; do not share credentials.

3. Bring-your-own-key responsibility

You supply your own Google Cloud API keys. You are solely responsible for any charges Google bills to those keys, for keeping the keys within your Google Cloud quota, and for revoking compromised keys. Nazara never charges you for Google TTS usage — only for your Nazara subscription plan.

4. Acceptable use

• No generating content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit involving minors.
• No impersonation of real people without their consent.
• No attempting to bypass quota, rate limits, or security controls.
• No reverse-engineering or scraping the platform.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for eligibility.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or pose a security risk. You may delete your account at any time from settings.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid Nazara in the previous twelve months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
